This statement covers the personal information collected through this website by Simplx Consulting Limited, under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
What the form collects
If you send an enquiry, the form collects what you type in:
- your name and work email
- your phone number and company, if you choose to add them
- your message
You don't have to use the form. You can email or call me instead.
Why I collect it
To reply to you, understand your problem and, if we go further, prepare a proposal. I won't sell your information, or use it for anything else without asking you.
Where it's stored
Each enquiry is sent by email through Microsoft 365 to my business mailbox. The website itself doesn't store form submissions.
Who helps run the site
A few providers process information so the site can work: Microsoft 365 for email, Cloudflare for security, spam checks and analytics, and my website hosting provider.
Analytics and cookies
I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless, and a report from my hosting provider. They show things like page views, which pages are read, referring sites, countries and devices. I use them to see what's useful and to fix problems.
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you're a person and not a bot. This site doesn't use advertising cookies.
Access and correction
You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, and ask me to correct it. Email [email protected].
If you're not happy with how I've handled your request, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
