Common questions
Do you only work with certain ERP systems?
No. I'm system agnostic, with no vendor ties. My experience includes Jobpac, NetSuite, Salesforce CPQ, Simpro and Lentune.
Can you step into a project that's already under way?
Yes. I can lead it from inside your team, or review it independently and report to your Board.
Do you replace our implementation partner?
No. I work alongside your team and your partner, so the finance, process and people sides of the project hold together.
What happens at and after go-live?
I support go-live, including user access, security roles, approvals and system changes. Then I hand over through documentation and training, so your team can run what's been built.
Do you work on-site?
Yes, in Waikato and Auckland. Much of the work can also be done remotely.
