Common questions
How are fees set?
Flexible support is billed hourly or daily at a rate agreed up front. Packages are a fixed fee, quoted before we start.
Can a package lead to more work?
Often. A Health Check or Readiness Review usually shows what needs doing next. You're under no obligation, and if I lead the next stage, we agree it separately.
Do you work on-site?
Yes, in Waikato and Auckland. Much of the work can also be done remotely.
