The challenge
A new ERP, field management, AP and digital timesheets, all needing to work as one, and a business that needed someone to make it happen.
What I did
- Led the design, configuration and implementation of Jobpac ERP across finance, payroll, AR/AP, project costing and reporting.
- Implemented Simpro for asset and facilities management and Lentune for timesheets and leave, and integrated all three end to end.
- Ran change management: process documentation, UAT frameworks, communications, training and regional roadshows.
- Led go-live support: user access, security roles, approvals and system changes.
- Reported progress, risks and performance to the Board throughout.
